The mangrove forest mixes distinct habitats together; the salt and fresh water and this water world with the land that the mangrove builds and maintains. It has, or better, it is composed of both specific and adapted fauna, unique flora, and its very own atmosphere day and night for 24 hours. A very high density of reptiles live here, cobra, rock python and salt water crocodile among others, all in high numbers. Leopard, jackal, hyena are among the predators here but there is also fishing cat, otter and birds of prey which gives an idea about the ecosystem.
