Semi-wild pastures breaking cloud forest at mid-elevation in a harmonious way (the forest extends
down below and above them). They increase feeding opportunities, diversity and hold back erosion.
This sort of clearings was done in nature for tens of thousands of years
across the planet, and benefited us as hunters.
